Hollow coring

We are currently undertaking our spring hollow coring programme. This week, we are working on the red and yellow greens. This operation involves removing cores to a depth of 60mm and this is then filled with sand. The surface will be brushed a number of times in order to incorporate the sand into the holes. The greens will also be rolled to help improve the surface. It will take approxiamtely 10 days before the greens are fully recovered.
